13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 9, between lines 25 and 26,

16 insert:
17 Section 3. Subsection (6) is added to section 99.095,
18 Florida Statutes, to read:
19 99.095 Petition process in lieu of a qualifying fee
20 and party assessment.--
21 (6) If the candidate obtains at least 50 percent of
22 the required number of signatures as set forth in this section
23 but does not obtain 100 percent of such signatures, the
24 candidate may pay the pro rata portion of the qualifying fee
25 required pursuant to s. 99.092 in order to qualify.
