11  Senator Constantine moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 15, line 25, to page 16, line 2, delete those
15  lines
16  
17  and insert:  section 8 which prescribe detailed audit
18  procedures for each voting system, which shall be uniform to
19  the extent practicable, along with the standard form for audit
20  reports.
21         Section 10.  Effective upon this act becoming a law:
22         (1)  Notwithstanding ss. 101.292-101.295 and s.
23  101.5604, Florida Statutes, as a condition of the state
24  purchasing optical scan voting equipment and ballot-on-demand
25  equipment to replace touchscreen equipment as provided in
26  section 11, each recipient county hereby authorizes the
