12 Appropriations (Webster) recommended the following amendment:

15 On page 27, between lines 19 and 20,

17 insert:
18 Section 22. Subsection (1) of section 101.573, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 101.573 Record of votes by precinct.--
21 (1) Within 35 75 days after the date of a municipal
22 election or runoff, whichever occurs later, a presidential
23 preference primary, a primary election, a special election, or
24 a general election, the supervisor of elections shall file
25 with the Department of State precinct-level election results,
26 in an electronic format specified by the Department of State,
27 for that election cycle, including any primary elections.
28 Precinct-level election results shall separately record for
29 each precinct all demographic data associated with each
30 precinct at book close for each election, individual vote
31 history, the returns of ballots cast at the precinct location,

1 to which have been added the returns of absentee ballots cast
2 by voters registered in the precinct, and the returns of early
3 ballots cast by voters registered in the precinct. The data
4 are required to be cross referenced by political party and
5 other demographic information as defined by the Department of
6 State. The Department of State shall create a uniform system
7 for the collection and reporting of such precinct-level
8 election results and vote history.

15 On page 3, line 12, following the semicolon

17 insert:
18 amending s. 101.573, F.S.; changing the time
19 for filing precinct-level election results;
20 requiring such results to be filed with respect
21 to special elections; prescribing requirements
22 for such data;
