11  Senator Constantine moved the following substitute for
12  amendment (434130):

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 15, line 25, to page 16, line 2, delete those
16  lines
17  
18  and insert:  section 9 which prescribe detailed audit
19  procedures for each voting system, which shall be uniform to
20  the extent practicable, along with the standard form for audit
21  reports.
22         Section 10.  Effective upon this act becoming a law:
23         (1)  Notwithstanding ss. 101.292-101.295 and s.
24  101.5604, Florida Statutes, as a condition of the state
25  purchasing optical scan voting equipment and ballot-on-demand
26  equipment to replace touchscreen equipment as provided in
27  section 12, each recipient county hereby authorizes the
