12  Appropriations (Webster) recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 43, lines 20-23, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  committee of continuous existence. The committee
18  of continuous existence shall report such dues as if it had
19  received the dues directly from its members, in the manner
20  prescribed in subsection (4).
