14         On page 17 between lines 6 and 7,

17         Section 12.  Effective January 1, 2011, an amount is
18  appropriated, not to exceed the unappropriated and unexpended
19  balance, from the Grants and Donations Trust Fund to the
20  Department of State sufficient to implement section
21  101.56075(3), Florida Statutes, as created by this act.
