14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 38, line 25, through page 39, line 1, delete
16  those lines
17  
18  and insert:  
19         106.09  Cash contributions and contribution by
20  cashier's checks.--
21         (1)  A person may not make or accept a cash
22  contribution or contribution by means of a cashier's check in
23  excess of $50 $100.
24         (2)(a)  Any person who makes or accepts a contribution
25  in excess of $50 $100 in violation of this section commits a
26  misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s.
27  775.082 or s. 775.083.
28         (b)  Any person who knowingly and willfully makes
