18 Section 53. Paragraph (c) of subsection (4) of section
19 348.0003, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:

21 (c) Members of an authority shall be required to
22 comply with the applicable financial disclosure requirements
23 of s. 8, Art. II of the State Constitution ss. 112.3145,
24 112.3148, and 112.3149.
