15         On page 15, lines 7-12, delete those lines

17  and insert:  
18         (d)  Non-instructional contractors who remain at a site
19  where students are not permitted if the site is separated from
20  the remainder of the school grounds by a single chain-link
21  fence of 6 feet in height.
