11 The Committee on Criminal Justice (Argenziano) recommended the
12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 13, lines 3-16, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 (7) The Department of Law Enforcement shall implement
19 a system that allows for the results of a criminal history
20 check provided to a school district to be shared with other
21 school districts through a secure Internet website or other
22 secure electronic means. The Department of Law Enforcement may
23 adopt rules under ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement this
24 paragraph.
