14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 4, between lines 11 and 12,

17 insert:
18 (d) Unless previously secured or updated as required
19 under s. 322.141 or this section, each sexual offender and
20 sexual predator shall report to the department during the
21 month of their reregistration requirement as required under s.
22 775.21(8), s. 943.0435(14) or s. 994.607(13) to obtain an
23 updated or renewed driver's license or identification card as
24 required under s. 322.141.
