14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 8, line 26, after the period,
16  
17  insert:  However, notwithstanding any other provision of this
18  act, in any jurisdiction in which there exist two or more
19  franchises which contain buildout requirements and
20  construction of facilities pursuant to those franchises has
21  begun before July 1, 2007, such buildout requirements remain
22  effective through the term of the franchises.
