14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 41, between lines 19 and 20,

17 insert:
18 4. Each competitive cable and telephone service
19 provider shall provide the Lifeline credit to those persons in
20 the provider's service areas who are eligible for the Lifeline
21 service.

29 requiring certain cable and telephone service
