15         On page 19, lines 26 and 27, delete those lines

17  and insert:  cable or video service provider shall furnish up
18  to three educational and governmental channels or capacity
19  equivalent with at least one channel or capacity equivalent
20  provided exclusively to K-12 and postsecondary education.
