11  The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Deutch) recommended
12  the following amendment to amendment (852402):

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 1, lines 17 and 18, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  and insert:  coverage limit. For the 2007
18  contract year, the industry FHELP coverage limit is $23
19  billion in excess of the industry FHELP retention. The
20  industry FHELP coverage limit shall be adjusted each year
21  based upon the reported exposure from the prior contract year
22  to reflect the percentage growth in exposure to the fund.
