11  The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Posey) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 13, line 25, following the period
16  
17  insert:  Funds shall be transferred by the Department of
18  Financial Services from the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund to
19  the Grants and Donations Trust Fund in the legislative branch
20  for the purpose of funding the Office of Insurance Consumer
21  Advocate. The transfer amount for the 2006-2007 fiscal year is
22  equal to the remaining unobligated approved operating budget
23  for the Office of Insurance Consumer Advocate within the
24  Department of Financial Services.
