11  The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Deutch) recommended
12  the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 168, lines 30-31, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  property security;
18         (k)  Research on windstorm mitigation; and
19         (l)  The development of a form for uniform mitigation
20  verification inspection to be used by insurers when factoring
21  discounts for wind insurance which clearly specifies the
22  procedures necessary to receive the full value of a discount.
