14         On page 138, line 11, after the period

16  insert:  The corporation shall offer limits of coverage in
17  excess of $1 million for any commercial property that is
18  located in an historic district designated pursuant to a
19  proper preservation ordinance of a municipality or county that
20  has the status of a certified local government.
