11  The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Posey) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 171, between lines 4 and 5,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 37.  Section 350.06151, Florida Statutes, is
19  created to read:
20         350.06151  Beginning July 1, 2007, funds shall be
21  transferred by the Department of Financial Services from the
22  Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund to the Grants and Donations
23  Trust Fund in the legislative branch for the purpose of
24  funding the Office of Insurance Consumer Advocate. The
25  transfer amount is equal to the approved operating budget for
26  the Office of Insurance Consumer Advocate within the Office of
27  Public Counsel.
