| 10 | collapse that results in the property being condemned and |
| 11 | uninhabitable. In addition to coverage for such catastrophic |
| 12 | loss, insurers shall offer sinkhole insurance coverage to |
| 13 | policyholders for less than catastrophic loss and shall provide |
| 14 | notice to policyholders of the availability of the additional |
| 15 | coverage for an additional premium and the types of damage |
