| 8 | (1) Notwithstanding the limitations in s. 193.155 relating |

| 10 | changes in assessments of all real property shall be subject to |
| 11 | the limitations specified in s. 4(c), Art. VII of the State |
| 12 | Constitution and shall be subject to the provisions of s. |
