14         On page 56, lines 23-29 delete those lines

16  and insert:  effect upon becoming a law, sections 14 through
17  29 of this act shall take effect only upon the effective date
18  of amendments to the State Constitution contained in Senate
19  Joint Resolution 4B or House Joint Resolution 3B revising the
20  homestead tax exemption and providing an exemption from ad
21  valorem taxation for tangible personal property and property
22  used for workforce and affordable rental housing, and sections
