9     Amendment (with ballot statement and title amendments)
10     Between lines 301 and 302, insert:
11     (d)  The legislature shall appropriate sufficient state
12revenues each year necessary to replace the loss of tax revenues
13for public education due to the additional homestead exemptions,
14tangible personal property exemptions, and reductions in
15assessments for affordable housing and working waterfronts
16provided by the 2008 amendments to this constitution. The
17legislature may not reduce any other education appropriations in
18fulfillment of this requirement.
