  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to adjustments to

  3         appropriations for elder affairs; expressing

  4         the legislative intent to conform Florida law

  5         to adjustments to appropriations for elder

  6         affairs; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to conform Florida

11  law to adjustments to appropriations for elder affairs.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
