  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to adjustments to

  3         appropriations for the Department of Highway

  4         Safety and Motor Vehicles; expressing the

  5         legislative intent to conform Florida law to

  6         adjustments to appropriations for the

  7         Department of Highway Safety and Motor

  8         Vehicles; providing an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to conform Florida

13  law to adjustments to appropriations for the Department of

14  Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
