full-time equivalent positions with associated salary rate of 110,000 
and $148,909 from the Grants and Donations Trust Fund are provided for 
prosecution of insurance fraud in consultation with the Division of 
Insurance Fraud in the Department of Financial Services.  

Immediately preceding specific appropriation 290, following the words 
"APPROVED SALARY RATE",  delete:

and insert in lieu thereof:
