11 The Conference Committee on CS for SB 20-C recommended the
12 following amendment:

14 Conference Committee Amendment (with title amendment)
15 Delete everything after the enacting clause

17 and insert:
18 Section 1. Section 1011.93, Florida Statutes, is
19 repealed.
20 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
21 law.
