  3         pari-mutuel wagering; repealing s. 1011.93,

  4         F.S., relating to research and development

  5         programs funded by moneys in the Pari-mutuel

  6         Wagering Trust Fund; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  Section 1011.93, Florida Statutes, is

12  repealed.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
