15         On page 3, lines 26-30, delete those lines

17  and insert:  
18         b.  Beginning July 1, 2008, 3.52 percent of the
19  remaining taxes collected under this chapter shall be paid
20  into the State Treasury to the credit of the Conservation and
21  Recreation Lands Trust Fund to carry out the purposes set
