  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the redirection of trust

  3         fund revenues to the General Revenue Fund;

  4         expressing the legislative intent to conform

  5         Florida law to the redirection of trust fund

  6         revenues to the general revenue Fund; providing

  7         an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to conform Florida

12  law to the redirection of trust fund revenues to the General

13  Revenue Fund.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
