11  The Conference Committee on HB 5007-C recommended the
12  following amendment:
13  
14         Conference Committee Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         Delete everything after the enacting clause
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 1.  Subsection (5) of section 206.9935, Florida
19  Statutes, is amended to read:
20         206.9935  Taxes imposed.--
21         (5)  The sum of $8 $5 million or 2.5 percent, whichever
22  is greater, of the amount credited to the Inland Protection
23  Trust Fund pursuant to subsection (3) shall be transferred to
24  the Florida Coastal Protection Trust Fund and used for the
25  purposes authorized in s. 376.11.
26         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a
27  law.
