11  Senator Deutch moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 8, line 28, through
15            page 9, line 2, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (5)  If the funds available are insufficient to pay in
19  full the annual bonuses for certification and for providing
20  mentoring and related services, payments for providing
21  mentoring and related services shall be prorated among the
22  eligible recipients.
23         Section 8.  The amendments to s.1012.72, Florida
24  Statutes, made by this act shall expire July 1, 2008, and the
25  text of that section shall revert to that in existence on the
26  day before the effective date of this act, except that any
27  amendments to such text enacted other than by this act shall
28  be preserved and continue to operate to the extent that such
29  amendments are not dependent upon the portions of such text
30  which expire pursuant to this section.
