4 | Remove line(s) 206-224 and insert: |
5 | be less than five percent (5%) of the assessment for the prior |
6 | year, to be determined by the legislature. |
7 | (2) No assessment shall exceed just value. |
8 | (3) After any change of ownership, as defined by general |
9 | law, including any change of ownership of a legal entity that |
10 | owns the property, such property shall be assessed at just value |
11 | as of the next assessment date. Thereafter, such property shall |
12 | be assessed as provided herein. |
13 | (4) Changes, additions, reductions, or improvements to |
14 | such property shall be assessed as provided for by general law; |
15 | provided, however, after the adjustment for any change, |
16 | addition, reduction, or improvement, the property shall be |
17 | assessed as provided herein. |
18 | (i) Assessments of real property that is not subject to |
19 | the assessment limitations set forth in subsections (a) through |
20 | (h) shall change only as provided herein. |
21 | (1) Assessments subject to this subsection shall be |
22 | changed annually on the assessment date each year as provided by |
23 | law; but those changes in assessments shall not be less than |
24 | five percent (5%) of the assessment for the prior year, to be |
25 | determined by the legislature. |
