13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 16, lines 17-29, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  limitations.--The amendments to Sections 3, 4, 6,
17  8, and 9 of Article VII, providing a $25,000 exemption for
18  tangible personal property, providing an additional $25,000
19  homestead exemption, authorizing transfer of the accrued
20  benefit from the limitations on the assessment of homestead
21  property, providing an additional homestead exemption for
22  first-time homestead property owners, providing a complete
23  homestead exemption for low-income seniors, providing for
24  assessing rent-restricted affordable housing and commercial
25  and public-access waterfront property pursuant to general law,
26  appropriating state funds to counties, school districts,
27  municipalities, or special districts, authorizing the
28  Legislature to establish precedent to the receipt of local
29  government sales tax revenue, and the creation of Section 27
30  of this Article
