13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 30, between lines 3 and 4,

16 insert:
17 (5) School districts may adjust their tangible
18 personal property tax levies by reassessing the nonexempt
19 portion of their tangible property for the purpose of
20 recouping actual lost revenues sustained as a result of the
21 implementation of the exemption provided in this section.
