On page 18, between lines 527 and 528, insert:

Section 11. Present subsections (8) through (10) of section
8
39.507, Florida Statutes, are renumbered as subsections (9)
9
through (11), and a new subsection (7) is added to that section,
10
to read:

39.507 Adjudicatory hearings; orders of adjudication.-
12
(7)(a) For as long as a court maintains jurisdiction over a
13
dependency case, only one order adjudicating each child in the
14
case dependent shall be entered. This order will establish the
15
legal status of the child for purposes of proceedings under this
16
chapter and may be based on the conduct of one parent, both
17
parents, or a legal custodian.

(b) Upon a properly noticed motion, a subsequent evidentiary
19
hearing may be held regarding the conduct of one parent, both
20
parents, or a custodian. With court approval, supplemental
21
findings made beyond a preponderance of the evidence may be
22
entered. The child's dependency status shall not be retried or
23
readjudicated.

(c) If a court adjudicates a child dependent and the child is in
25
out-of-home care, the court shall inquire of the parent or
26
parents whether the parents have relatives who might be
27
considered as a placement for the child. The court shall advise
28
the parents that, if the parents fail to substantially comply
29
with the case plan, their parental rights may be terminated and
30
that the child's out-of-home placement may become permanent. The
31
parent or parents shall provide to the court and all parties
32
identification and location information of the relatives.
