An act relating to the state courts system; expressing the

legislative intent to enact laws relating to the state

courts system; providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to enact laws relating

9

to the state courts system.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2008.
