An act relating to public records and meetings; expressing

the legislative intent to create an exemption from public-

records and public-meetings requirements; providing an

effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to create an exemption

10

from public-records and public-meetings requirements and to

11

provide a statement of the public necessity for creating the

12

exemption.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2008.
