     Delete lines 130-135

and insert:

     3. Refuse to ship or cause to be shipped more than 12 cases

containing more than nine liters each of its wine per calendar

8

year to any one household address in this state. Consumers may

9

not purchase, and winery shippers may not sell, ship, or cause to

10

be shipped to a single household, more than 12 cases of more than

11

nine liters of wine per calendar year.
