| 4 | Remove lines 62-72 and insert: |
| 5 | .--The adoption of residency distance limitations for persons |
| 6 | convicted of sexual offenses, including, but not limited to, |
| 7 | violations of s. 787.01, s. 787.02, s. 794.011, s. 800.04, s. |
| 8 | 827.071, or s. 847.0145, regardless of whether adjudication has |
| 9 | been withheld, is expressly preempted to the state on October 1, |
| 10 | 2008. The provisions of ss. 794.065, 947.1405, and 948.30 |
| 11 | establishing such distance limitations supersede the distance |
| 12 | limitations included in any municipal or county ordinances |
| 13 | adopted on or after October 1, 2008. Any such municipal or |
| 14 | county ordinances that pertain to residential distance |
| 15 | limitations adopted prior to October 1, 2008, are not affected |
| 16 | by the provisions of this section. |
