3     Amendment (with title amendment)
4     Remove lines 62-72 and insert:
5.--The adoption of residency distance limitations for persons
6convicted of sexual offenses, including, but not limited to,
7violations of s. 787.01, s. 787.02, s. 794.011, s. 800.04, s.
8827.071, or s. 847.0145, regardless of whether adjudication has
9been withheld, is expressly preempted to the state on October 1,
102008. The provisions of ss. 794.065, 947.1405, and 948.30
11establishing such distance limitations supersede the distance
12limitations included in any municipal or county ordinances
13adopted on or after October 1, 2008. Any such municipal or
14county ordinances that pertain to residential distance
15limitations adopted prior to October 1, 2008, are not affected
16by the provisions of this section.
