(f) Any employer who prohibits a customer, employee, or
9
invitee from possessing or keeping one or more of the following
10
firearms locked inside a private motor vehicle:
11
1. A firearm that can accept a detachable magazine and has
12
more than one of several specific military features, such as
13
folding or telescoping stocks, protruding pistol grips, bayonet
14
mounts, threaded muzzles or flash suppressors, barrel shrouds, or
15
grenade launchers;
16
2. A copy or duplicate of any firearm listed in
17
subparagraph 1. in any caliber having a large-capacity magazine
18
capable of holding more than 10 rounds;
19
3. A Norinco, Mitchell, and Poly Technologies Avtomat
20
Kalashnikov;
21
4. Action Arms Israeli Military Industries UZI and Galil;
22
5. A Beretta Ar70 (SC-70);
23
6. A Colt AR-15;
24
7. A Fabrique National FN/FAL, FN/LAR, and FNC;
25
8. A SWD M-10, M-11, M-11/9, and M-12;
26
9. A Steyr AUG;
27
10. An INTRATEC TEC-9, TEC-DC9, AND TEC-22; or
28
11. A revolving cylinder shotgun such as, or similar to,
29
the Street Sweeper and Striker 12.

(g) Any other property owned or leased by an employer or
