The Committee on Judiciary (Baker) recommended the following

     Delete line(s) 124-127,

and insert: services pursuant to this chapter, the law

7

enforcement officer, employee, or agent may seek a court order

8

directing that the person who is the source of the significant

9

exposure undergo HIV testing. A sworn statement by the law

10

enforcement officer, employee, or agent that a significant

11

exposure has occurred constitutes probable cause for the issuance

12

of the order by the court. The order shall direct the person to

13

undergo HIV testing within 48 hours after the issuance of the

14

court order.
