An act relating to the Agency for Persons with

Disabilities; expressing the legislative intent to revise

laws relating to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities;

providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating

10

to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities.

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
