An act relating to highway designations; designating a

portion of N.W. 135th Street in Miami-Dade County as the

"Bishop Victor Tyrone Curry Boulevard"; directing the

5

Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers;

providing an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

     Section 1. Bishop Victor Tyrone Curry Boulevard designated;

11

Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

     (1) The portion of N.W. 135th Street between 17th Avenue

13

and 27th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated as the "Bishop

14

Victor Tyrone Curry Boulevard."

     (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect

16

suitable markers designating the Bishop Victor Tyrone Curry

17

Boulevard as described in subsection (1).

     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2008.
