     Delete line(s) 22-25

and insert:

     (e) Day labor contracts not exceeding $280,000 $200,000 for

7

construction, renovation, remodeling, or maintenance of existing

8

facilities. This amount shall be adjusted by the percentage

9

change in the Consumer Price Index from January 1,2008, to

10

January 1 of the year in which the project is scheduled to begin.
