and insert:

     (2) Which violation, directly or indirectly, pertains to an

9

offer to sell travel, at wholesale or retail, prearranged travel,

10

tourist-related services, or tour-guide services to individuals

11

or groups, which originates in this state, directly to any

12

terrorist state, commits a felony of the third degree, punishable

13

as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
