     Delete line(s) 318-322,

and insert:

quarterly, as determined using the number of licensed home

8

health agencies in each geographic service area on June 1, 2008,

9

and the Florida Population Estimates for Counties and

10

Municipalities, April 1, 2007, as published by the Office of

11

Economic and Demographic Research of The Florida Legislature:

12

     1. Five for each geographic service area in which the

13

number of residents over the age of 64 per number of licensed

14

home health agencies in that geographic service area is between

15

2000 - 2999;

16

     2. Four for each geographic service area in which the

17

number of residents over the age of 64 per number of licensed

18

home health agencies in that geographic service area is between

19

1000 - 1999; and

20

     3. Three for each geographic service area in which the

21

number of residents over the age of 64 per number of licensed

22

home health agencies in that geographic service area is between

23

0 - 999.
