     Section 17.  Present subsections (9) and (10) of section

430.705, Florida Statutes, are renumbered as subsections (10),

and (11), respectively, and a new subsection (9) is added to that

section, to read:

     430.705  Implementation of the long-term care community

diversion pilot projects.--

     (9)      Participants who enter a nursing home while enrolled

13

in the long-term care community diversion pilot project may not

14

voluntarily disenroll from the project while residing in a

15

nursing home or for a period of 6 months, whichever is less.
