The Committee on Regulated Industries (King) recommended the

following amendment to amendment (854032):

     Delete line(s) 59-68

and insert: insertion of a ticket, or an electronic or account-

7

based card, is available to play or simulate a game of bingo

8

played on a network of electronic gaming machines. No

9

electronic game shall enter the sate until it has been tested

10

and certified by a licensed testing laboratory, and certified

11

for play in the state. Electronic games simulating the game of

12

bingo may not be house-banked. Bonus prizes and progressive

13

prizes may be awarded to players at any licensed facility, and a

14

player may receive a payoff in the form of tickets or electronic

15

or account-based credits that may be exchanged for cash,

16

merchandise, or other items of value.
