     Section 28     Section 550.135, Florida Statutes, is

8

amended to read:

     Subsection (3) of section 550.135, Florida Statutes, is

10

amended to read:

     550.135  Division of moneys derived under this law.--All

12

moneys that are deposited with the Chief Financial Officer to

13

the credit of the Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund shall be

14

distributed as follows:

15

     (3)  The slot machine license fee, the slot machine

16

occupational license fee, the electronic gaming machine license

17

fee, the electronic gaming machine occupational license fee and

18

the compulsive or addictive gambling prevention program fees

19

collected pursuant to ss. CS/SB 1380 Section 7, subsection (1),

20

CS/SB 1380 Section 17, subsection (3), 551.106, 551.107(2)(a)1.,

21

and 551.118 shall be used to fund the direct and indirect

22

operating expenses of the division's slot machine and electronic

23

gaming machine regulation operations and to provide funding for

24

relevant enforcement activities in accordance with authorized

25

appropriations. Funds deposited into the Pari-mutuel Wagering

26

Trust Fund pursuant to ss. CS/SB 1380 Section 7, subsection (1),

27

CS/SB 1380 Section 17, subsection (3), 551.106, 551.107(2)(a)1.,

28

and 551.118 shall be reserved in the trust fund for slot machine

29

regulation and electronic gaming machine operations. On June 30,

30

any unappropriated funds in excess of those necessary for

31

incurred obligations and subsequent year cash flow for slot

32

machine regulation and electronic gaming machine operations

33

shall be deposited with the Chief Financial Officer to the

34

credit of the General Revenue Fund.
